研究目的：

主要目的：探讨羟考酮与芬太尼无背景剂量自控静脉镇痛对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术后镇痛效果及抑郁情绪的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: to investigate the effect of controlled intravenous analgesia without background dose of oxycodone and fentanyl on analgesia and depression after laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁于齐鲁医院因子宫肌瘤行择期腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者；
2.ASA I-II级；
3.患者提供书面知情同意；
4.患者可配合获得结果测量；
5.患者同意参加。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged >=18 years who underwent elective laparoscopic hysteromyectomy for uterine fibroids in Qilu Hospital;
2.ASA I-II level;
3.The patient provides written informed consent;
4.The patient can cooperate to obtain the result measurement;
5.The patient agrees to participate.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期患者；
2.患者患痴呆症或严重精神疾病；
3.患者有羟考酮过敏史；
4.有呼吸抑制、麻痹性肠梗阻等不宜使用盐酸羟考酮的患者；
5.术中进行了额外的手术操作或放弃了原定手术安排的患者；
6.患者正在参加其他临床试验；正在服用阿片类药物和/或抗抑郁药物；
7.BMI>=30的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
2.The patient suffers from dementia or severe mental illness;
3.The patient has a history of oxycodone allergy;
4.Patients with respiratory depression, paralytic ileus, etc. who should not use oxycodone hydrochloride;
5.Patients who have performed additional surgical operations or abandoned the original surgical arrangement;
6.The patient is participating in other clinical trials; is taking opioids and/or antidepressants;
7.Patients with BMI>=30.
