研究目的：

乳腺癌保乳术中充分引流是否能够减少术后并发症的发生，我们拟探讨乳腺癌保乳术同期联合局部组织瓣修复术中分层引流（组织瓣上+组织瓣下双管引流）与组织瓣下单管引流对术后引流量、置管时间及并发症发生率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Whether sufficient drainage during breast conserving surgery can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, we intend to investigate the effects of stratified drainage (upper flap + lower flap double tube drainage) and single tube drainage of tissue flap during breast conserving surgery combined with local tissue flap repair on postoperative drainage volume, catheter placement time and incidence of complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者为女性，年龄≥18岁；2.ECOG评分0-1分；3.经病理组织学证实为乳腺的单侧或双侧原发性乳腺癌；4.患者必须接受乳腺癌保乳术和局部组织瓣修复术；5.术中留置1根及以上引流管；6.术后引流信息记录完整且具备随访条件者；7.心、脑、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器无重大疾病；8.术前骨扫描、CT、彩超等检查排外远处转移征象

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient was female, aged ≥18 years; 2.ECOG score 0-1; 3. Unilateral or bilateral primary breast cancer confirmed by histopathology; 4. Patients must receive breast conserving surgery and local tissue flap repair; 5. One or more drainage tubes were indwelled during the operation; 6. Patients with complete postoperative drainage information and follow-up conditions; 7. No major diseases of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 8. Preoperative bone scan, CT, color ultrasound and other examinations exclude signs of distant metastasis

排除标准：

1.未行乳腺癌保乳术或术中未行局部组织瓣修复者；2.行术中放疗者；3.心、脑、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器具有重大疾病者；4.术前骨扫描、CT、彩超等检查提示存在远处转移征象者；5.活跃性神精系统疾病（精神分裂症，重度抑郁症，双向情感障碍等）患者；6.活动性结缔组织病，如硬皮病，系统性红斑狼疮或胶原血管疾病；7.不愿意签署知情同意书的；8.无完全民事行为能力者；9.在研究者看来，其他条件使他们不适合这项试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have not received breast conserving surgery or local tissue flap repair during surgery; 2. Patients undergoing intraoperative radiotherapy; 3. Serious diseases of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 4. Preoperative bone scan, CT, color doppler ultrasound and other examinations suggest signs of distant metastasis; 5. Patients with active nervous system diseases (schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder, etc.); 6. Active connective tissue diseases, such as scleroderma, systemic lupus erythematosus, or collagenous vascular diseases; 7. Not willing to sign informed consent; 8. Persons without full capacity for civil conduct; 9. In the researchers' view, other conditions made them unsuitable for the experiment.
