研究目的：

提出一种新的扳机方案，为临床促排卵提供一定量的数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

A new trigger scheme is proposed to provide a certain amount of data support for clinical medication.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-38岁；
2.基础FSH＜10mIU/ml，AFC＞5；
3.AMH＞1.1ng/ml；
4.体重指数18-28 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged from 20 to 38 years;
2. Basal FSH <10 mIU / ml, AFC＞5;
3. AMH＞1.1ng/ml;
4. Body mass index: 18-28 Kg/M2.

排除标准：

1.有辅助生育技术禁忌症或妊娠禁忌症的患者；
2.由临床经验判断影响妊娠的子宫异常的患者，如子宫畸形（单角子宫、双角子宫、双子宫、纵隔子宫）、子宫腺肌症、子宫肌瘤患者（肌瘤大于3cm或与内膜关系密切）、粘膜下子宫肌瘤、宫腔粘连、内膜息肉未治疗者、疤痕子宫、宫颈锥切患者等；
3.复发性流产史；
4.子宫内膜异位症III-IV期；
5.夫妻双方任何一方染色体异常；
6.有酗酒、嗜烟、药物滥用习惯的人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications to assisted reproductive technology or pregnancy contraindications;
2. Judging by the clinical experience of patients with uterine abnormalities affecting pregnancy, such as uterine malformations (single angle uterus, double angle uterus, double uterus, mediastinal uterus), adenomyosis, uterine fibroids (fibroids greater than 3 cm or within Membrane closely), submucosal uterine fibroids, intrauterine adhesions, endometrial polyps untreated, scar uterine, cervical conization patients;
3. History of recurrent miscarriage;
4. Endometriosis III-IV;
5. Chromosome abnormalities on either side of the couple;
6. People with alcoholism, addiction, or drug abuse habits.
