研究全麻复合硬膜外麻醉方式与结直肠癌患者预后之间关系的回顾性临床研究。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective clinical study to study the relationship between general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者一般情况尚可（如血红蛋白大于90g/L，血清蛋白大于30g/L，肝肾功能良好），无重要脏器严重功能障碍，无恶液质、自身免疫性或免疫缺陷性疾病、感染、严重精神障碍等系统性疾病；
2. 术前肠镜病理报告确诊结直肠恶性肿瘤，胸腹盆腔CT平扫加增强提示无远处脏器转移。

Inclusion criteria

1. The general condition of the patient is fair (such as hemoglobin greater than 90g/L, serum protein greater than 30g/L, and good liver and kidney function), no serious dysfunction of important organs, no cachexia, autoimmune or immunodeficiency diseases, Systemic diseases such as infections and severe mental disorders;
2. The preoperative colonoscopy pathology report confirmed the diagnosis of colorectal malignant tumors. CT scans of the chest, abdomen and pelvis plus enhanced showed that there was no distant organ metastasis.

排除标准：

2.5.1.1入选本研究前3个月内参与了其他药物临床试验或其他麻醉治疗试验的志愿者；
2.5.1.2 电话随访，拒绝接受本研究或处于育龄、妊娠期的女性患者；
2.5.1.3本研究排除多脏器切除或其他消化道疾病或恶性肿瘤患者；
2.5.1.4接受过器官移植的患者；
2.5.1.5曾经有手术史且发生过严重并发症和不良麻醉手术史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

2.5.1.1 Volunteers who participated in other drug clinical trials or other anesthesia treatment trials within 3 months before being selected for this study;
2.5.1.2 Telephone follow-up, female patients who refuse to accept this study or are of childbearing age or pregnancy;
2.5.1.3 This study excluded patients with multiple organ resection or other digestive tract diseases or malignant tumors;
2.5.1.4 Patients who have received organ transplantation;
2.5.1.5 Patients who have had a history of surgery and have had serious complications and a history of poor anesthesia surgery.

搜集2017年10月-2021年10月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院接受结直肠癌手术的患者，按照其麻醉方式分为全麻+硬膜外实验组、全身麻醉对照组。

Patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from October 2017 to October 2021 were collected and divided into general anesthesia + epidural experimental group and general anesthesia control group according to their anesthesia methods.
