研究目的：

针对音乐疗法（Music Therapy，MT）联合芳香疗法（Aroma Therapy，AT）对核磁共振成像（Magnetic Resonance Imaging，MRI）检查患者焦虑减缓的临床效果进行评价，明确不同干预方式对MRI检查患者焦虑减缓疗效的差异，为MRI检查患者焦虑减缓方案提供理论依据及实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical effect of music therapy (MT) combined with aroma therapy (Aroma Therapy, AT) in reducing anxiety in patients undergoing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examination, and to clarify the effectiveness of different intervention methods for reducing anxiety in patients undergoing MRI examination The difference provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the anxiety alleviation plan of MRI examination patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

护理研究方案实施 研究中护理方案分为四组：A组、B组、C组、D组共四组。A组：常规护理；B组：常规护理+音乐疗法；C组：常规护理+芳香疗法；D组：常规护理+音乐疗法+芳香疗法。 1.A组护理方案：给予患者常规护理。实施步骤为:①患者提前30min进入等候室，给予患者观看5min检查视频宣教；②渐进式放松技术训练；③分别在干预前、干预后、第24h进行焦虑量表评估。 2.B、C、D组护理方案：给予患者常规护理（A组）基础上分别加用音乐疗法、芳香疗法、音乐疗法+芳香疗法。实施步骤统一为:①患者提前30min进入等候室，给予患者观看5min检查视频宣教；②渐进式放松技术训练；③根据研究方案实施：分别使用B组或C组或D组研究方案进行实施（首先，音乐疗法播放曲目为《Canon In D Majio》、《River flows in you》、《Snowdreams》、《晴天》，播放时间共计15min，分别为检查前15min，检查后20min，返回病房后当日睡前播放音乐20min。其次，芳香疗法为2滴将薰衣草精油滴入香薰机内加入300ml水，时间设置为检查前使用香薰机20min，检查后使用香薰机20min，返回病房后随身携带薰衣草香包至晚上睡前闻香20min。）④返回病房后B组、C组、D组再次进行不同干预。④分别在干预前、干预后、第24h后进行焦虑量表评估。

Group A nursing plan: give patients routine care. The implementation steps are as follows: ①Patients enter the waiting room 30 minutes in advance, and allow them to watch 5 minutes of video inspection and education; ②Progressive relaxation technique training; ③Evaluation of anxiety scale before intervention, after intervention, and 24h. 2. Nursing programs for groups B, C, and D: give patients regular care (group A) plus music therapy, aroma therapy, music therapy + aroma therapy, respectively. The implementation steps are unified as follows: ①Patients enter the waiting room 30 minutes in advance, and allow them to watch 5 minutes of video inspection and education; ②Progressive relaxation technique training; ③According to the research plan: use the B or C or D research plan respectively for implementation (first , Music therapy plays "Canon In D Majio", "River flows in you", "Snowdreams", "Sunny Day", and the total playing time is 15 minutes, respectively 15 minutes before the examination, 20 minutes after the examination, and before going to bed on the same day after returning to the ward Music for 20 minutes. 纳入标准：

（1）符合首次接受MRI检查；
（2）年龄大于或等于18周岁的住院患者；
（3）患者本人自愿参加本次研究并签署知情同意书；
（4）病情稳定，能独立作答调查问卷；
（5）无宗教信仰。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Compliance with the first MRI examination;
(2) Hospitalized patients who are 18 years of age or older;
(3) The patient himself voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form;
(4) The condition is stable and able to answer the questionnaire independently;
(5) No religious belief.

排除标准：

（1）患有其他严重疾病导致无法主动配合本研究方案；
（2）嗅觉、听觉有障碍者，不能接受芳香疗法、音乐疗法；
（3）患有甲状腺疾病或精神疾病，服用抗焦虑药和镇痛药；
（4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（5）合并有肺结核、艾滋病、新型冠状病毒型肺炎等严重传染疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from other serious diseases that make it impossible to actively cooperate with this research plan;
(2) Those who are impaired in sense of smell and hearing cannot receive aromatherapy or music therapy;
(3) Suffer from thyroid disease or mental illness, take anti-anxiety drugs and analgesics;
(4) Pregnant or lactating women;
(5) Patients with severe infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, AIDS, and new coronavirus pneumonia.

拆信封法：本临床研究将纳入患者随机分为4组，A组给予常规护理（视频宣教），B组、C组、D组分别在常规护理基础上使用音乐疗法、芳香疗法、音乐疗法+芳香疗法。采用完全随机方法（信封法）原则进行①编号：准备200个信封，编号1-200。②取随机数：从随机数字表获得随机数字200个随机数字赋予1-200号信封，再将随机数字从小到依次排列；③排序：第1-50号信封分配到A组，并将带有“常规护理（视频宣教）”文字的纸条放入信封。第51-100号信封分配到B组，并将带有“常规护理+音乐疗法”文字的纸条放入信封。第101-150号信封分配到C组，并将带有“常规护理+芳香疗法”文字的纸条放入信封。第151-200号信封分配到D组，并将带有“常规护理+音乐疗法+芳香疗法”文字的纸条放入信封。④分组：按照患者检查流水号先后顺序与信封1-200号依次匹配，完成患者的入组分组。
