研究目的：

探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者提供连续护理措施对患者妊娠结局的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of continuous nursing measures on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 所有患者均符合《妇产科学（第 9版）》中关于 GDM 的诊断标准，并且经葡萄糖负荷试验确诊；
② 该项研究的开展均在知情的前提下进行，已签署相关知情文书；
③ 患者自妊娠确定之日起即在该院建档，既往产检资料完整；
④产妇胎位正常，均为单胎妊娠。

Inclusion criteria

① All patients met the diagnostic criteria of GDM in obstetrics and gynecology (9th Edition) and were diagnosed by glucose load test;
② The study was carried out on the premise of being informed, and relevant informed documents have been signed;
③ The patient has been filed in the hospital since the date of pregnancy determination, and the previous prenatal examination data are complete;
④ The maternal fetal position was normal and they were all singleton pregnancies.

排除标准：

① 患者在妊娠前即已确诊患有糖尿病；
② 患者合并高血压等其他慢性疾病；
③ 患者存在明显的精神障碍、意识障碍和认知障碍；
④ 无法正常沟通交流的患者；
⑤ 患者患有甲状腺功能亢进或甲状腺功能减退。

Exclusion criteria：

① The patient was diagnosed with diabetes before pregnancy.
② Patients with hypertension and other chronic diseases;
③ The patients have obvious mental disorder, consciousness disorder and cognitive disorder;
④ Patients who cannot communicate normally;
⑤ The patient has hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
