研究目的：

此项研究可提高那些没有视网膜脱离、脉络膜脱离、葡萄膜炎或睫状体离断等疾病的顽固性低眼压或硅油依赖眼患者的眼压，从而使患者获益。  

Objectives of Study：

The study may benefit patients with refractory hypotony or silicone oil-dependent eyes who do not have conditions such as retinal detachment, choroidal detachment, uveitis, or ciliary detachment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、同意该项治疗的患者；
2、硅油填充状态下眼压≤11.0mmHg伴有大范围视网膜色素上皮暴露（大于180°）或伴有严重的睫状前膜；
3、非硅油填充状态下眼压≤7.0mmHg伴有大范围视网膜色素上皮暴露（大于180°）；
4、使用激素治疗超过15天无眼压明显升高。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who agree to the treatment;
2. The intraocular pressure is less than or equal to 11.0 mmHg with a large range of retinal pigment epithelium exposure (greater than 180°) or with severe epiciliary membrane in the state of silicone oil filling;
3. Intraocular pressure <=7.0mmHg with extensive retinal pigment epithelium exposure (greater than 180°) in the state of non-silicone oil filling;
4. No intraocular pressure increased significantly after using hormone therapy for more than 15 days.
