Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between serum bisphenol A and biomarkers, cis-subtype expression, and cardiac function and survival in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with different levels of thyroid function.

纳入标准：

1.符合美国心脏协会临床委员会的科学声明扩张型心肌病（DC）的诊断标准。
2.性别、年龄和婚姻状况在 DC 组和对照组之间进行控制。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for dilated cardiomyopathy (DC) according to the Scientific Statement of the American Heart Association Clinical Committee.
2. Gender, age, and marital status were controlled between the DC group and the control group.

排除标准：

1.有5年以上习惯性使用塑料袋食品，尤其是早餐食用塑料袋装有热油条者；
2.明显的肝肾功能损害；
3.恶性肿瘤；
4.长期饮酒习惯；
5.心肌病家族史；
6.慢性肝病，使用胺碘酮或含碘口服造影剂的治疗史；
7.明确的病毒性心肌炎或心脏瓣膜病史；
8.长期吸烟者；
9.高体重指数 (BMI) 的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have used plastic bags for food for more than 5 years, especially those who have hot fried dough sticks in plastic bags for breakfast;
2. Obvious liver and kidney damage;
3. Malignant tumor;
4. Long-term drinking habits;
5. Family history of cardiomyopathy;
6. Chronic liver disease, history of treatment with amiodarone or iodine-containing oral contrast agents;
7. A clear history of viral myocarditis or heart valve disease;
8. Long-term smokers;
9. Patients with high body mass index (BMI).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

各单位采用系统随机抽样策略，共纳入900例DC住院中期患者样本。 根据ESS分类将患者细分为低T3综合征（LT3）和高TF4综合征（HTF4）组（每组n = 450），患者的入选标准为低T3综合征血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT）<3.5pmol/L, 甲状腺素（TT）<1.5mmol/L . 同时，从医院体检中心招募了900名健康患者。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Each unit adopts a systematic random sampling strategy, and a total of 900 DC patients in the mid-stage hospitalization are sampled. According to the ESS classification, patients are subdivided into low T3 syndrome (LT3) and high TF4 syndrome (HTF4) groups (n = 450 for each group). The selection criteria for patients is low T3 syndrome serum triiodothyronine (FT) )<3.5pmol/L, Thyroxine (TT)<1.5mmol/L. At the same time, 900 healthy patients were recruited from the hospital physical examination center.
