研究目的：

本研究旨在研究菌-肠-脑轴与图雷特综合征（Tourette's syndrome，TS）的关系，寻找潜在的菌-肠-脑轴与TS的关系密切相关的生物标志物，以期通过调节菌-肠-脑轴相关活性的物质对TS进行针对性的预防或干预研究,为TS的防治提供思路及理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between the bacteria-gut-brain axis and Tourette's syndrome (TS), and to find potential biomarkers that are closely related to the relationship between the bacteria-gut-brain axis and TS, in order to regulate bacteria -Gut-brain axis related active substances conduct targeted prevention or intervention research on TS, and provide ideas and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of TS.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）多种运动抽动和一种或多种发声抽动，两者可不同时发生（抽动是指突然、快速、反复、非节律性的肌肉运动或发声）（2）自首次抽动发作已持续1年以上，抽动频率可增可减（3）年龄区间3-12岁（4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Multiple motor tics and one or more vocal tics, both of which may not occur at the same time (Tic refers to sudden, rapid, repetitive, non-rhythmic muscle movement or vocalization) (2) The first twitch has lasted 1 Over years, the frequency of tics can be increased or decreased (3) Age range 3-12 years old (4) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）症状由物质（如可卡因）或躯体情况（如亨廷顿病、病毒性脑炎等）导致（2）近一个月使用益生菌、抗生素、益生元、合生元、中药或中成药等影响微生物组成的物质（3）正参加其它临床研究的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Symptoms are caused by substances (such as cocaine) or physical conditions (such as Huntington's disease, viral encephalitis, etc.) (2) Patients who have taken probiotics, antibiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, Chinese medicine or Chinese patent medicines affects microorganisms in the past month Constituents (3) Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
