研究目的：

1.探讨IPC的不同使用时长对全髋/膝关节置换术后DVT发生率的影响； 2.探讨IPC的不同使用时长对全髋/膝关节置换术后患者依从性的影响； 3.明确全髋/膝关节置换术患者IPC的最佳使用时长。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effect of different duration of IPC on the incidence of DVT after total hip / knee arthroplasty; 2. To explore the effect of different duration of IPC on the compliance of patients after total hip / knee arthroplasty; 3. To determine the optimal duration of IPC in patients undergoing total hip / knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄40-85岁；
2.术前诊断为髋关节骨关节炎、膝关节骨关节炎、股骨头缺血性坏死的患者；
3.行单侧人工全髋、全膝关节置换术患者；
4.患者血液检查、心电图、胸片等检查排除手术禁忌者；
5.双下肢彩超结果无慢性血管疾病及DVT阴性；
6.患者及家属同意参与本研究，且患者自主签署或委托家属签署研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 40-85 years;
2. Patients diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis, and avascular necrosis of the femoral head before surgery;
3. Patients who underwent unilateral artificial total hip and total knee arthroplasty;
4. Patient blood examination, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray and other examinations exclude those who are contraindicated in surgery;
5. The color Doppler ultrasound results of both lower limbs were free of chronic vascular disease and negative DVT;
6. The patients and their family members agree to participate in the study, and the patient signs or entrusts their family members to sign the informed consent form of the study.

排除标准：

1.患有充血性心衰、不稳定性高血压者；
2.已诊断有DVT、PE、血栓性静脉炎、周围神经病变者；
3.患者下肢已存在病变，如坏疽、严重畸形、皮炎及近期皮肤移植者；
4.有精神方面问题言语及认知障碍等不能交流的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffer from congestive heart failure, unstable hypertension;
2. Those who have been diagnosed with DVT, PE, thrombophlebitis, and peripheral neuropathy;
3. Patients with existing lesions of the lower extremities, such as gangrene, severe deformities, dermatitis, and recent skin transplants;
4. Patients who cannot communicate with mental problems such as speech and cognitive impairment.
