研究目的：

我们旨在研究不同甲状腺功能水平的扩张型心肌病患者血清双酚 A与生物标记物，顺性亚型表达，以及心脏功能和生存率之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to investigate the changes and correlations between serum bisphenol A and biomarkers,titin isoform expression, cardiac function and survival rate in pats with dilated cardiomyopathy with different levels of thyroid function.

纳入标准：

DC 的诊断标准基于美国心脏协会临床委员会的科学声明 14。高血压的诊断标准是根据 1999 年世界卫生组织指南 15。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnostic criteria for DC was based on the scientific statement of the Clinical Committee of the American Heart Association 14. The diagnostic criteria for hypertension was per the 1999 World Health Organization guidelines15.

排除标准：

有5年以上习惯性使用塑料袋食品，尤其是早餐食用塑料袋装有热油条者； 明显的肝肾功能损害； 恶性肿瘤; 长期饮酒习惯；心肌病家族史；慢性肝病; 使用胺碘酮或含碘口服造影剂的治疗史；明确的病毒性心肌炎或心脏瓣膜病史； 长期吸烟者；高体重指数 (BMI) 的患者。性别、年龄和婚姻状况在 DC 组和对照组之间进行控制。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are as follows: People who have habitually used plastic bags for food for more than 5 years, especially those who eat hot fried dough sticks in plastic bags for breakfast; Obvious liver and kidney damage; Malignant tumors; Long-term drinking habits; Family history of cardiomyopathy; Chronic liver disease; Use history of treatment with amiodarone or iodine-containing oral contrast agents; a clear history of viral myocarditis or heart valves; long-term smokers; patients with high body mass index (BMI). Gender, age, and marital status were controlled between the DC group and the control group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

各单位采用系统随机抽样策略，共纳入900例DC住院中期患者样本。 根据ESS分类将患者细分为低T3综合征（LT3）和高TF4综合征（HTF4）组（每组n = 450），患者的入选标准为低T3综合征血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT）<3.5pmol/L, 甲状腺素（TT）<1.5mmol/L . 同时，从医院体检中心招募了900名健康患者。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Each unit adopts a systematic random sampling strategy, and a total of 900 DC patients in the mid-stage hospitalization are sampled. According to the ESS classification, patients are subdivided into low T3 syndrome (LT3) and high TF4 syndrome (HTF4) groups (n = 450 for each group). The selection criteria for patients is low T3 syndrome serum triiodothyronine (FT) )<3.5pmol/L, Thyroxine (TT)<1.5mmol/L. At the same time, 900 healthy patients were recruited from the hospital physical examination center.
