研究目的：

本研究以乳腺癌家庭韧性过程模型及Walsh家庭韧性框架为研究基础，遵循方法学依据，构建我国文化背景下对乳腺癌患者家庭韧性干预方案，以提升乳腺癌患者家庭的家庭韧性，为乳腺癌患者的家庭护理提供新的理论基础和干预方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the breast cancer family resilience process model and the Walsh family resilience framework, this study constructs a family resilience intervention scheme for breast cancer patients under the Chinese cultural background, so as to improve the family resilience of breast cancer patients and provide a new theoretical basis and intervention methods for the family care of breast cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者：①首次病理诊断为乳腺癌的女性患者；②年龄满18周岁及以上；③接受手术治疗的患者；④理解沟通能力良好，无精神疾病史；
⑤知情同意，愿意配合者。
家属：①患者的主要照顾者；②年龄满18周岁及以上；③理解沟通能力良好，无精神疾病史；④知情同意，愿意配合者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients: ① The pathological diagnosis is breast cancer, female patient; ② The age is more than 18 years old; ③ Need surgical treatment;④ Good understanding of communication skills and no history of mental illness; ⑤ Informed consent and able to cooperate.
Family member:① Primary caregiver of the patient; ② The age is more than 18 years old; ③ Good understanding of communication skills and no history of mental illness; ④ Informed consent and able to cooperate.

排除标准：

患者;①伴有其他严重疾病者；② 参与其他心理干预的患者；③意识不清，理解沟通能力障碍者；
家属：①伴有严重躯体疾病者；② 参与其他心理干预的者；③意识不清，理解沟通能力障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients: ① With other serious diseases; ② Patients involved in other psychological interventions; ③Unconscious, with understanding or communicating difficulties.
Family member: ① With serious physical illness; ② Involved in other psychological interventions; ③Unconscious, with understanding or communicating difficulties.
