探索静脉注射利多卡因对瑞芬太尼预防甲状腺手术女性患者气管拔管咳嗽有效浓度EC50的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of intravenous lidocaine on EC50 of effective concentration of remifentanil for preventing tracheal extubation cough in female patients with thyroid surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；
2.女性；
3.年龄18-65岁；
4.BMI<28 kg/m^2；
5.气管插管全身麻醉下行择期甲状腺切除术；
6.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA classification I-II;
2. Female;
3. Age 18-65 years;
4. BMI<28 kg/m^2;
5. Elective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation;
6. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.对与研究相关药物活性成份或任何赋形剂过敏的；
2.镇静催眠药、止痛药滥用史；
3.患有严重心、肝、肾等慢性疾病者；
4.慢性呼吸道疾病史（例如慢性阻塞性肺疾病或哮喘），近期呼吸道感染史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to the active ingredients or any excipients related to the research;
2. History of abuse of sedative-hypnotics and painkillers;
3. Those with serious chronic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney;
4. History of chronic respiratory disease (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma), recent history of respiratory infection.
