研究目的：

调查重症心脏疾患的一般流行病学特征；探究重症医学科心脏疾患的危险因素、了解临床处理策略，同时明确这些危险因素与心脏疾患预后的关系。进而有效降低此类患者在重症医学科死亡风险和病死率，早期预警、减少患者住ICU时间、住院费用及相关医疗费用等。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate the general epidemiological characteristics of heart diseases patients in intensive care units and to have a good command of clinical strategies.At the same time,we need to explore the relationship between these risk fators and the prognosis of cardiac diseases in critical care medicine.Hence we can reduce the rates and risks of death with these kind of diseases effectively, also the length of stay in ICU and fees .

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄≥18岁；② 合并有心脏疾病的重症患者（无论是入ICU已明确诊断心脏疾病，或是入ICU继发心脏疾病）；③ 住ICU时间≥48h；④ 一年内住ICU次数≥2次，取第一次临床资料。

Inclusion criteria

① Aged 18 years and above; ② Critically ill patients with heart diseases ; ③ Lenth of stay in ICU is no less than 48h; ④ Anyone whose hospitalization times is more than two in 1 year,we will select the first time clinical datas.
