研究目的：

本研究旨在明确采用TPE进行HLAP治疗的临床有效性与安全性，为提高HLAP患者的治疗效果提供方法和临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of TPE for HLAP therapy, and to provide a method and clinical basis for improving the therapeutic effect of HLAP patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合急性胰腺炎诊断，并且血TG≥11.3 mmol，排除胆道梗阻、酒精等因素；或血TG值在5.65-11.3mmol/L之间并伴有乳糜样血清者。

Inclusion criteria

Acute pancreatitis (AP) with blood TG≥11.3 mmol and excludion of other causes including biliary obstruction and alcohol ; or blood TG value between 5.65-11.3mmol / L with chyle-like serum.

排除标准：

（1）既往存在心肺功能不全；
（2）既往存在肝肾衰竭；
（3）精神性疾病病史；
（4）合并胰腺癌者；
（5）在慢性胰腺炎基础上急性发作者；
（6）入院72小时内未完善血脂检查者；
（7）其他致病因素引起的急性胰腺炎，如胆道结石、微结石、Oddi括约肌功能障碍、细菌病毒感染、药物性急性胰腺炎等；
（8）对血浆、人白蛋白、肝素等有严重过敏史。
（9）知情拒绝者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) A history of cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
(2) A history of liver and kidney failure in the past;
(3) History of mental illness;
(4) Combined with pancreatic cancer;
(5) Acute attack on the basis of chronic pancreatitis;
(6) Those who did not complete the blood lipid examination within 72 hours after admission;
(7) Acute pancreatitis caused by other pathogenic factors, such as biliary stones, micro stones, Oddi sphincter dysfunction, bacterial viral infection, drug-induced acute pancreatitis;
(8) A history of severe allergies to plasma, human albumin, and heparin.
(9) Informed refusal.

采用完全随机分组方法， 将病人随机分为2组。用SPSS软件，设定种子数，产生随机数序列和分组方案。随机表由陆军军医大学第二附属医院循证医学与临床流行病学中心主任许汝福老师负责产生。
