研究目的：

在EIT监测下观察臂丛神经阻滞后患者呼吸功能变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the changes of respiratory function in patients with brachial plexus obstruction under EIT monitoring.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

利用EIT设备进行观察患者进行不同容量罗哌卡因臂丛神经阻滞下呼吸功能的变化。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Use EIT equipment to observe changes in patients' respiratory function under different volumes of ropivacaine brachial plexus block. 

纳入标准：

1. ASA分级I-III级；
2. 年龄在18-60岁；
3. 行臂丛神经阻滞的患者；
4. 知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA I-III;
2. Aged 18-60 years;
3. Patients undergoing brachial plexus block;
4. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 患有严重的呼吸系统疾病，通气功能或换气功能严重障碍；
2. 患有膈肌麻痹；
3. 对局麻药物过敏；
4. 存在凝血障碍；
5. 病态肥胖（BMI > 35 kg/m^2）；
6. 解剖学异常或超声下解剖结构不清晰。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe respiratory disease, severe ventilatory or ventilatory dysfunction;
2. Diaphragm paralysis;
3. Allergy to local anesthetics;
4. Blood coagulation disorders;
5. Morbid obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m^2);
6. Anatomical abnormalities or unclear anatomical structure under ultrasound.
