研究目的：

1.比较不同导管塑型方法的一次性插管成功率、插管次数情况，探究改变导管塑型是否可以提高可视喉镜下双腔支气管插管一次性插管成功率，从而为更好的双腔管塑型插管提供依据； 2.进一步探究病人张口度、导管置入口角的方式等多种因素对可视喉镜下DLT插管的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To compare the success rate and times of disposable intubation in different shaping methods, and to explore whether changing the shaping of catheter can improve the success rate of double lumen intubation under visual laryngoscope, so as to provide a basis for better DLT plastic intubation. 2.To further explore the influence of many factors, such as the degree of mouth opening of patients and the way of inserting mouth angle of catheter, on DLT intubation under visual laryngoscope.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级；拟在全麻下择期行胸科手术需行双腔支气管插管的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 18 years old; ASA grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ; Patients who intend to undergo elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia need double lumen tube intubation.

排除标准：

喉镜置入困难的患者；双腔支气管插管禁忌症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with difficulty in video laryngoscope placement;Patients with contraindications to double-lumen tube intubation.
