探讨改良Rockall再出血和死亡危险评分对AUGIB内镜治疗后再出血的预测价值  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the predictive value of Revised-Rockall Scoring System for rebleeding after endoscopic treatment of AUGIB

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①住院期间接受内镜治疗；②符合《急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血诊治指南》（2018，杭州）中ANVUGIB诊断标，包括上消化道出血的症状及体征（患者出现呕血和黑便症状，伴或不伴头晕、心悸、面色苍白、心率增快、血压降低等周围循环衰竭征象和/或血便）和/或内镜检查（无食管、胃底静脉曲张并在上消化道发现出血病灶）确诊为ANVUGIB。

Inclusion criteria

①Endoscopic treatment during hospitalization②Meet the diagnostic criteria for ANVUGIB in the Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding (Hangzhou, 2018),including signs and symptoms of upper gastrointestinal bleeding (patient presents with symptoms of vomiting blood and black stool with or without signs of peripheral circulatory failure such as dizziness, palpitations, pallor, increased heart rate, decreased blood pressure, and/or bloody stools) and/or endoscopy (absence of esophageal and fundic varices and finding of bleeding lesions in the upper gastrointestinal tract) to confirm the diagnosis of ANVUGIB.

排除标准：

①ANUGIB同时伴有静脉曲张出血;②内镜未确认出血病灶；③因非消化道疾病入院，住院过程中出现的ANUGIB；④治疗中途转院或自行出院的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①ANUGIB with variceal bleeding;②Endoscopic unrecognized bleeding lesion;③ANUGIB admitted for a non-digestive tract disease but ANUGIB occurs during hospitalization④Transferred or discharged on their own in the middle of treatment.

将存在再出血、内镜下病灶Forrest分级IIb以上和死亡任何一种情况的患者定义为高危组，否则为低危组，并以此为“金标准”。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Patients with rebleeding, endoscopic lesions of Forrest class IIb or higher, and death were defined as the high-risk group and otherwise as the low-risk group, and this was used as the "gold standard".
