研究目的：

本研究旨在评估评估衰弱对老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者行椎体强化手术后早期并发症的增加、术后的疼痛缓解及功能恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was conducted to assess the effect of frailty on the increase of early complications, postoperative pain relief and functional recovery in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures after vertebral enhancement surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄≥65岁；
2.腰痛的视觉模拟评分（VAS）≥5分；
3.骨折水平为T5-L5；
4.入院时的骨密度测定T值＜-2.5 SD；
5.MR显示新鲜骨折；
6.患者愿意接受手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient's age is ≥65 years old;
2. Visual analogue scale (VAS) of low back pain ≥ 5 points;
3. The fracture level is T5-L5;
4. Determination of bone density T value <-2.5 SD;
5. The MR signal shows a fresh fracture;
6. The patient chooses surgical treatment.

排除标准：

1.无法耐受手术的患者；
2.其他性质病理性骨折，如肿瘤、炎症等；
3.局部或全身感染的患者；
4.有神经损害症状；
5.凝血功能异常；
6.不能完成随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery;
2. Other pathological fractures, such as tumors, inflammations, etc.;
3. Patients with local or systemic infections;
4. The patient has symptoms of spinal cord, cauda equina, nerve root injury.
5. Abnormal coagulation function;
6. Patients who cannot complete the follow-up.
