研究目的：

比较分析氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏和安慰剂在治疗急性踝关节损伤导致疼痛的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To compare and analyze the efficacy and safety of Lofn Gel Patch and placebo in the treatment of acute ankle pain

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥18岁且＜60岁；
2）3天内有明确踝关节急性扭伤史，造成踝部肿痛及活动障碍等，无开放性外伤；
3）X 线检查排除踝关节骨折或关节脱位及不稳；
4）症状查体确诊踝关节损伤程度为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度( 不包括Ⅲ度) ;

Inclusion criteria

1) age ≥18 years and < 60 years;
2) a clear history of acute ankle sprain in 3 days, resulting in swelling and pain of ankle and Dyskinesia, no open injury;
3) x-ray examination excluded ankle fracture or dislocation and instability;
4) the degree of ankle injury was confirmed by symptom examination as grade I and Grade II (not including Grade III)

排除标准：

1）年龄＜18岁或≥60岁；
2）肝肾功能异常者；
3）由于药物、代谢性疾病、脑炎、或退变性疾病(如进行性核上性麻癖、多系统萎缩)所致的不典型帕金森综合征患者；
4）对药物及食物有过敏史者；
5）存在活动性肿瘤性疾病者；
6）精神病史及个月前用过抗精神病药物者；
7）孕妇哺乳者；
8）症状查体确诊踝扭伤程度为Ⅲ度者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) age < 18 or ≥60 years;
2) Abnormal Liver and kidney function;
3) Atypical parkinsonism caused by drugs, metabolic diseases, encephalitis, or degenerative diseases (such as progressive supranuclear numbness and Multiple System Atrophy) ;
4) allergic to drugs and food;
5) active neoplastic disease;
6) history of mental illness and use of antipsychotic before months;
7) pregnant breast-feeding;
8) Ankle Sprain Degree III confirmed by physical examination.
