研究目的：

探讨下颌后牙区种植体颊侧角化龈宽度不足2mm时，采用异种胶原基质（XCM）行角化龈增量的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical effect of keratinized gingival augmentation with xenogeneic collagen matrix ((XCM)) when the buccal keratinized gingival width of the dental implants in the mandibular posterior area is less than 2mm.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者年龄大于18岁。
（2）患者可以配合及耐受种植过程，无严重全身性系统疾病。
（3）下颌后牙缺失，同时颊侧角化龈小于2mm。
（4）口腔卫生良好，牙周组织健康，全口菌斑指数≤20%（Full-mouth plaque score (FMPS)）。
（5）无严重夜磨牙、吸烟（≤10支/天）。

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient was older than 18 years
2.Patients were able to cooperate and tolerate the implant process without serious systemic disease.
3.The mandibular posterior teeth were missing and the buccal keratinized gingiva was less than 2mm.
4 The patient should demonstrategood plaque control (FMPS≤20%）
5.No severe bruxism, smoking (≤10 cigarettes/day).

排除标准：

（1）有未经控制的糖尿病和高血压。
（2）怀孕或哺乳期妇女。
（3）正在静脉注射或服用双磷酸盐类药物或长期服用抗凝药物。
（4）患者不能按时复诊，不能遵守与研究相关的治疗程序。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure
2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
3.Taking or injecting bisphosphonates or long-term taking nticoagulants.
4.Patients were unable to return to the clinic on time and follow treatment procedures related to the study.
