研究目的：

1. 定义在健康婴儿（正常生长发育、无感染、过敏、抗生素需求）中的适龄肠道微生态的成熟过程； 2. 确定饮食因素（包括母乳喂养、断奶时引入固体食物、3岁前总体营养和饮食模式）如何影响适龄群肠道微生态轨迹； 3. 定义从 0 到 1 岁的胫骨轨迹，以确定曲线的形状、曲率点和该曲率点前后的斜率； 4. 评估生命早期营养（母乳喂养和配方奶喂养）喂养方案如何影响前一个目的定义的 0 至 1 岁胫骨轨迹； 5. 评估饮食因素如何通过肠道微生态影响婴儿健康。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Define the maturation process of the age-appropriate gut microbiome in healthy infants (normal growth and development, no infections, allergies, antibiotic needs); 2. Determine how dietary factors (including breastfeeding, introduction of solid foods at weaning, overall nutrition and dietary patterns before age 3 years) affect the gut microbiome trajectories in age-appropriate groups; 3. Define the tibial trajectory from 0 to 1 year old to determine the shape of the curve, the point of curvature and the slope before and after that point of curvature; 4. To assess how early life nutrition (breastfeeding and formula feeding) feeding regimens affect the 0 to 1 year tibial trajectory defined by the previous purpose; 5. Assess how dietary factors affect infant health through the gut microbiome.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 已获得其父母（或其法定代理人 [LAR]）的书面知情同意，并有亲自签署并注明日期的知情同意书的证据表明，已向受试者的父母/LAR 告知了研究的所有相关方面；
2. 受试者的父母/LAR 达到法定同意年龄，愿意并能够满足研究方案的要求；
3. 对于第 1 组，为出生（出生日期 = 第 0 天）后 ≤ 10 天的健康婴儿。对于第 2 组，为最大年龄为 6 月龄的健康婴儿；
4. 足月妊娠分娩（≥ 37 周且 ≤ 42 周）；
5. 在整个研究过程中，可通过电话直接联系到受试者的父母/LAR；
6. 登记的父母双方在其管辖范围内都有固定的工作和/或住所。

Inclusion criteria

1. Written informed consent has been obtained from their parents (or their legal representative [LAR]) and evidence of a personally signed and dated informed consent form indicates that the subject's parents/LAR have been informed of the study all relevant aspects;
2. The subject's parents/LARs have reached the legal age of consent and are willing and able to meet the requirements of the research protocol;
3. For group 1, healthy infants <= 10 days after birth (date of birth = day 0). For group 2, healthy infants up to 6 months of age;
4. Full-term pregnancy and delivery (>= 37 weeks and <= 42 weeks);
5. The subject's parents/LARs can be directly contacted by telephone throughout the study;
6. Both registered parents have regular employment and/or residence within their jurisdiction.

排除标准：

1. 通过医疗访谈/病历（如可用）评估发现的妊娠合并症（如先兆子痫、妊娠期糖尿病、肠病）；
2. 目前正在参与或在试验开始前 4 周内曾经参与另一项临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy comorbidities (eg, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus, enteropathy) assessed through medical interviews/medical records (if available);
2. Are currently participating in or have participated in another clinical trial within 4 weeks prior to the start of the trial.
