研究目的：

主要目的：对比分析焦深延长型和单焦点人工晶状体在外伤性白内障中的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Comparison the efficacy of extended depth of focus and single-focal intraocular lens in traumatic cataract.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

外伤性白内障患者。

Inclusion criteria

Traumatic cataract patients.

排除标准：

1.角膜中央4mm瞳孔区累及外伤、大角膜散光；
2.眼底后极部累及外伤；
3.外伤性视神经病变；
4.眼内炎、IOL悬吊、瞳孔大于6mm以上、或虹膜缺损大于1个象限以上；
5.既往眼部疾病史，如圆锥角膜、青光眼、眼底病变史，斜视和弱视；
6.全身情况差，高血压、糖尿病病史；
7.性格抑郁偏执、对对比敏感度要求高的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Involvement of trauma and large corneal astigmatism in the pupil area of the central 4 mm of the cornea;
2. Trauma involving the posterior pole of the fundus;
3. Traumatic optic neuropathy;
4. Endophthalmitis, IOL suspension, pupil larger than 6mm, or iris defect larger than 1 quadrant;
5. History of previous eye diseases, such as keratoconus, glaucoma, fundus lesions, strabismus and amblyopia;
6. Poor general condition, history of hypertension and diabetes;
7. Patients with depressive and paranoid personality and high requirements for contrast sensitivity.
