研究目的：

主要目的：研究督脉灸疗法是否通过调节肠道微生物群减轻AS的临床症状。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Study whether Governor Vessel moxibustion （GVM） therapy alleviates the clinical symptoms of AS by modulating intestinal microbiota.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

入选AS患者和健康人，并对AS患者进行GVM治疗。收集GVM治疗前后健康个体和AS患者的粪便、尿液和唾液样本，并对16S rRNA基因测序进行微生物群分析。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of AS patients and paired healthy individuals were enrolled, and GVM therapy was provided to the AS patients. Stool, urine, and saliva samples from the healthy individuals and the AS patients before and after GVM therapy were collected, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing for microbiota analysis 

纳入标准：

1.腰痛和僵硬超过3个月，只有在运动时才会改善，但在休息时不会；
2.腰椎矢状面和冠状面运动受限；
3.胸部活动低于相同年龄和性别的健康人；
4.双侧骶骨关节炎达到或超过Ⅰ级或单侧骶骨关节炎Ⅰ-Ⅴ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Low back pain and stiffness for more than 3 months, improved only with exercise, but not at rest;
2. The sagittal and coronal motion of the lumbar spine is limited;
3. The chest activity is lower than that of healthy people of the same age and gender;
4. Bilateral sacral arthritis reaches or exceeds grade I or unilateral sacral osteoarthritis grades I-V.

排除标准：

甲氨蝶呤高度过敏、肾功能不全、活动性胃和十二指肠溃疡、中度和重度心力衰竭、感染、低血容量、凝血或精神障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with high methotrexate allergy,renal insufficiency, active gastric and duodenal ulcers, moderate and severe heart failure, infection, low blood volume, coagulation, or mental disorder.
