研究目的：

本研究拟在前期对GEO数据集中儿童脓毒症生物信息学分析基础上对筛选出来的关键免疫基因进行实验验证，其可能成为脓毒症的潜在诊断生物标志物或治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to perform experimental validation of the screened key immune genes based on bioinformatics analysis of sepsis in children in GEO datasets in the previous period, which may become potential diagnostic biomarkers or therapeutic targets for sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合儿童脓毒症诊断标准，参照《儿童脓毒性休克（感染性休克）诊治专家共识（2015版）》；（2）年龄在28天至18岁之间

Inclusion criteria

(1) Met the diagnostic criteria of sepsis in children, referring to the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of septic shock (septic shock) in children (2015 Edition); (2) The age ranged from 28 days to 18 years

排除标准：

（1）合并恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病者；（2）器官移植患者或近2周使用激素、细胞毒性药物或免疫抑制剂者；（3）住院时间不足24小时

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with comorbid malignancies or autoimmune diseases; (2) Organ transplant patients or those using hormones, cytotoxic drugs, or immunosuppressive agents for nearly 2 weeks; (3) Hospital stay was less than 24 hours
