研究目的：

探究腹部按摩对机械通气患者肠内营养耐受性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of abdominal massage on enteral nutrition tolerance of patients with mechanical ventilation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经鼻胃管行持续性泵入肠内营养支持治疗的机械通气患者；
2.年龄在18～75岁之间；
3.已进行机械通气48小时；
4.知情同意，自愿参与此研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Mechanically ventilated patients receiving continuous pumping enteral nutrition support through nasogastric tube;
2. Aged between 18 and 75 years old;
3. Mechanical ventilation has been performed for 48 hours;
4. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this research.

排除标准：

1.入组前已接受肠内营养；
2.腹部外伤者；
3.近六周内接受腹部手术；
4.消化道出血者；
5.腹部按摩禁忌症（如腹部肿瘤、腹膜炎、腹水、腹泻、肠梗阻和怀孕的患者）；
6.使用促胃肠动力药者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received enteral nutrition before enrollment;
2. Abdominal trauma;
3. Abdominal surgery within the past six weeks;
4. Gastrointestinal bleeding;
5. Contraindications of abdominal massage (such as abdominal tumor, peritonitis, ascites, diarrhea, intestinal obstruction and pregnant patients);
6. Those who use drugs to promote gastrointestinal motility.

研究者徐玲按照患者的年龄、肠内营养液种类、24h肠内营养液总量和机械通气模式将纳入的研究对象配成对子，并按照纳入的顺序将每对对子进行编号，编号顺序为1-33。然后用随机数字表的方式将对子中的2个对象随机分配到干预组（A组）和对照组（B组），先对每个对子中的2个对象进行编号，例如第1对中第1个对象为1.1，第2个对象为1.2，余仿此，再从随机数字表任选某行某列，一次取33个2位的随机数，遇到重复者弃之不用，若2位的随机数字为单数，则对子中的2个对象按照AB顺序分入干预组和对照组；若数字为双数，则对子中的2个对象按照BA顺序分入对照组和干预组。
