研究目的：

评估时空针灸灵龟八法治疗原发性失眠的有效性与安全性，进一步分析其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Linggui Bafa of the time-acupoints-space acupuncture in treating primary insomnia, and analyze its mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合原发性失眠诊断标准，睡眠困难每周≥3晚，持续存在≥1月；
（2）匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分>7分；
（3）18岁≤年龄≤70岁；
（4）患者有一定的文字阅读理解能力，能配合完成研究中所涉及的量表评定；
（5）患者对本研究内容知情，并签署知情同意书；
（6）参与本研究前2周内未接受其他失眠治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patient meets the diagnostic criteria of primary insomnia, with difficulty sleeping ≥3 nights a week and duration ≥1 month;
(2) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score > 7 points;
(3) 18 to 70 years old;
(4) Patients have a certain ability to read and understand words, and can cooperate with the scale evaluation involved in the study;
(5) Patients are informed of the contents of this study and sign the informed consent form;
(6) No other insomnia treatment was received within 2 weeks before participating in this study.

排除标准：

（1）全身性疾病如疼痛、发热、咳嗽、手术等，以及外界环境干扰因素引起者；
（2）有严重精神障碍类疾病患者；
（3）合并心血管、脑、肺、肝、肾等严重原发性疾病者；
（4）合并有乙肝、结核等传染病者；
（5）滥用精神类药物、酗酒者；
（6）备孕、妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（7）针刺部位有炎症或发生伤口感染者；
（8）目前正在参加其他临床研究，可能干扰本试验结果者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Caused by systemic diseases such as pain, fever, cough, surgery, etc., and external environmental interference factors.;
(2) Patients with severe mental disorders;
(3) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular disease, brain disease, lung disease, liver disease and kidney disease;
(4) Patients with infectious diseases such as hepatitis B and tuberculosis;
(5) Psychotropic drug abusers and alcoholics
(6) Patients planning for pregnancy, pregnant or lactating women;
(7) The acupuncture site of the patient has inflammation or wound infection;
(8) The patient is participating in other clinical studies, which may interfere with the results of this trial.
