研究目的：

探讨13C尿素呼气试验检测值在6-8时幽门螺杆菌真阳性率，指导临床治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the true positive rate of Helicobacter pylori when the detection value of 13C urea breath test is between 6 and 8, and guide clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁，男女不限。
2.拟行13C尿素呼气试验及胃镜检查者。
3.2≦13C尿素呼气试验检测值≦8。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-65 years, no gender limit.
2. Those who plan to perform 13C urea breath test and gastroscopy.
3. 2<=13C urea breath test detection value<=8.

排除标准：

1.研究前4周内使用过抗生素或铋剂者。
2.研究前2周内使用过H2受体拮抗剂或PPI者。
3.存在胃镜检查禁忌症或拒绝活检者。
4.怀孕者。
5.存在研究者认为有不宜纳入的其他原因。
6.拒绝参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have used antibiotics or bismuth within 4 weeks before the study.
2. Those who have used H2 receptor antagonists or PPI within 2 weeks before the study.
3. Those who have contraindications to gastroscopy or refuse biopsy.
4. Those who are pregnant.
5. There are other reasons that the researchers think should not be included.
6. Refuse to participate in this research.
