研究目的：

探索苓泽降压汤结合生活方式干预一级高血压的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of Lingze Jiangya Decoction combined with lifestyle intervention in first-degree hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.入组前静息坐位诊室血压140-159/90-99 mm Hg，符合肝火亢盛证或痰湿壅盛证中医诊断；
2.既往未服用降压药，或既往2周内规律服用同种降压药；
3.年龄18-65岁，男女不限；
4.无语言及智力障碍，可顺利回答和填写问卷；
5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The blood pressure in the resting sitting consultation room before enrollment is 140-159/90-99 mm Hg, which is in line with the TCM diagnosis of excess liver-fire syndrome or excess phlegm-dampness syndrome;
2. Not taking antihypertensive drugs before, or taking the same antihypertensive drugs regularly in the past 2 weeks;
3. Aged 18-65 years, no gender limit;
4. No language and intellectual disability, can answer and fill in the questionnaire smoothly;
5. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.继发性高血压；
2.过去1个月使用影响血压的其他药物（除外降压药）：如激素类药物、中枢神经类药物、非甾体类抗炎药物等；
3.确诊为老年性高血压、女性更年期高血压、高血压合并糖尿病、脑血管病、心脏疾病、肾脏疾病、外周血管病、视网膜病变患者；
4.怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史；
5.备孕、育龄期妇女未避孕者、妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
6.近3个月参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension;
2. Use of other drugs (excluding antihypertensive drugs) that affect blood pressure in the past month: such as hormone drugs, central nervous system drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.;
3. Patients diagnosed with senile hypertension, female menopausal hypertension, hypertension with diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, kidney disease, peripheral vascular disease, and retinopathy;
4. Suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse;
5. Those who are planning to become pregnant, patients of childbearing age who are not contraceptive, pregnant and lactating patients;
6. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
