研究目的：

探讨家庭参与式智能服药管理系统在农村慢性病患者的管理效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the management effect of family participation intelligent medication management system in rural patients with chronic diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄≥45岁；②确诊慢性非传染性疾病时间>1年；②需长期服用至少1种药物6个月以上；④患者自愿参加，均签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① Patient age ≥45 years; ② Time of diagnosis of chronic non-communicable diseases >1 year; ② Long-term use of at least one drug for more than 6 months; ④ Patients voluntarily participated and signed informed consent

排除标准：

①不会使用智能手机；②严重听力障碍；③有精神障碍或认知障碍；④使用其他提醒用药的电子设备。

Exclusion criteria：

① Not being able to use a smartphone; ② Severe hearing impairment; ③ Have mental disorder or cognitive disorder; ④ Use other electronic devices to remind you to take medicine.
