研究目的：

本研究目的为研究ABM人工髋关节翻修系统在人工髋关节翻修中的临床有效性、安全性和影像学结果。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical validity, safety and radiographic outcome of ABM system in revision THA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、人工髋关节置换术后失败需要翻修如假体松动、假体周围感染、磨损、脱位、假体周围骨折，骨溶解，金属腐蚀，陶瓷碎裂；
2、患者有自主行为能力，愿意遵从研究指导并完成要求的所有随访；
3、患者自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Failure of THA due to aseptic loosening, infection, wear,dislocation,periprosthetic fracture,osteolysis,corrosion and ceramic liner fracture.
2. Patients who would like to comply with the study and complete the entire folllow-up process.
3. Patients willing to sign the concent form.

排除标准：

1、患有其他影响髋关节症状、功能的严重疾病，如偏瘫、帕金森、骨肿瘤等；
2、严重心脏病、心律失常及高血压患者，年老体弱，全身情况很差，或有严重内科疾病如心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍及肿瘤等；
3、基于某种病症或情形，评价研究者认为可能使患者有重大风险、可能混淆研究结果、或者可能会严重干扰受试者参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other diseases which affect the hip function such as paraplegia, parkinson diasease, bone tumor etc al.
2. Patients with severe heart diaseass or other severe comorbidies.
3. Other diaseaes or circumstances which might confound the results or interfer with the patients particepating the present study.
