研究目的：

探究NAFLD患者胃和十二指肠微生态的改变，进一步明确微生物尤其是黏膜微生物在NAFLD发生发展中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changes of gastric and duodenal microecology in patients with NAFLD, and to further clarify the role of microbes, especially mucosal microbes, in the occurrence and development of NAFLD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.NAFLD组：
（1）年龄18-75岁；
（2）组织学或影像学提示“脂肪肝”，无过量饮酒（男性>30g/天;女性>20g/天）、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、药物性肝病、肝豆状核变性等；
（3）无器质性胃肠道病变，如炎症、溃疡、肿瘤等（包括食管炎、胃炎、十二指肠炎、消化性溃疡、乳糜泻、炎症性肠病等）；
（4）近一月内未服用抗生素、益生菌、益生元、合生元、非甾体类抗炎药（阿司匹林）等。
2.健康对照组：
（1）年龄18-75岁；
（2）影像学提示无肝脏脂变；
（3）无器质性胃肠道病变，如炎症、溃疡、肿瘤等（包括食管炎、胃炎、十二指肠炎、消化性溃疡、乳糜泻、炎症性肠病等）；
（4）近一月内未服用抗生素、益生菌、益生元、合生元、非甾体类抗炎药（阿司匹林）等。

Inclusion criteria

1. NAFLD group:
(1) Aged 18-75 years;
(2) Histology or imaging studies suggest ''fatty liver'', without excessive alcohol consumption (men > 30g/day; women > 20g/day), viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, hepatolenticular degeneration, etc. ;
(3) No organic gastrointestinal lesions, such as inflammation, ulcers, tumors, etc. (including esophagitis, gastritis, duodenitis, peptic ulcer, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.);
(4) Not taking antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin), etc. in the past month.
2. Healthy control group:
(1) Aged 18-75 years;
(2) Imaging indicates no hepatic steatosis;
(3) No organic gastrointestinal lesions, such as inflammation, ulcers, tumors, etc. (including esophagitis, gastritis, duodenitis, peptic ulcer, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.);
(4) Not taking antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin), etc. in the past month.

排除标准：

1.五年内肿瘤病史；
2.凝血功能障碍，或一个月内服用抗凝血药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of tumor within five years;
2. Coagulation disorders, or taking anticoagulant drugs within one month.
