研究目的：

1.主要目的是探究富血小板血浆（PRP）治疗食管癌根治术后吻合口狭窄的有效性及安全性； 2.次要目的是探究PRP对于食管癌根治术后吻合口狭窄患者远期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The main purpose is to explore the efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of anastomotic stenosis after radical resection of esophageal cancer; 2. The secondary objective was to explore the effect of PRP on the long-term prognosis of patients with anastomotic stenosis after radical esophagectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

常规内镜下探条扩张术+术后吻合口注射PRP，术后质子泵抑制剂治疗1周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Routine endoscopic bougie dilatation + postoperative anastomotic injection of PRP, postoperative proton pump inhibitor treatment for 1 week. 

纳入标准：

1.患者为食管癌根治术后，有主观吞咽困难症状，如仅能进流质饮食等；
2.年龄18-80岁；
3.无内镜治疗禁忌症，普通胃镜无法顺利通过狭窄部位；
4.经影像学证实无局部复发或周围侵犯；
5.患者及家属均对本研究知情同意，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient has subjective symptoms of dysphagia after radical resection of esophageal cancer, such as only liquid diet;
2. Aged 18-80 years;
3. There is no contraindication for endoscopic treatment, and ordinary gastroscope cannot pass through the stenosis smoothly;
4. No local recurrence or peripheral invasion confirmed by imaging;
5. Patients and their families gave informed consent to this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤者或其他食管疾病者；
2.合并器官功能障碍者；
3.合并吻合口瘘者；
4.吻合口肿瘤复发者；
5.治疗依从性差，不能完成随访复查者；
6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other malignant tumors or other esophageal diseases;
2. Complicated with organ dysfunction;
3. Combined with anastomotic leakage;
4. Patients with recurrence of anastomotic tumor;
5. Those with poor treatment compliance and unable to complete the follow-up review;
6. Pregnant or lactating patients.
