研究目的：

本研究的目的是观察瑞马唑仑对日间择期手术的学龄前儿童苏醒期谵妄及脑电图的影响，及其应用的安全性及有效性  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe whether remimazolam could reduce the incidence of emergence delirium in preschool children undergoing ambulatory surgery and its effect on EEG, and to explore the safety and effectiveness of remimazolam in daytime preschool children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA I-II,1-7岁，在日间手术室择期行扁桃体和/或腺样体切除术患者。

Inclusion criteria

ASA I-II, 1-7 years old, children undergoing tonsillectomy and / or adenoidectomy in the ambulatory operating room.

排除标准：

1.对研究药物过敏者；2.与躁动、焦虑、注意力缺陷、睡眠障碍等症状相关的发育迟缓或神经或精神疾病患儿；3.最近（一个月内）接受过全身麻醉或手术；4.被认为影响大脑发育的先天性或其他遗传性疾病患儿；5.监护人不会说中文或者拒绝参与者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Allergic to study drug; 2.children with developmental delay or neurological or psychiatric disorders associated with symptoms such as agitation, anxiety, attention deficit, sleep disturbance; 3.recent (within one month) general anesthesia or surgery; 4.Children with congenital or other genetic diseases; 5.guardians do not speak Chinese or refuse participants
