主要目的： 1.探究肠道菌群在PHN中的作用及可能机制； 2.探究PHN症状轻重与肠道菌群组成差异的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.To explore the role and possible mechanism of gut microbiota in PHN; 2.To explore the correlation between the severity of PHN symptoms and the difference of gut microbiota composition.

纳入标准：

1.年龄、性别、体重、饮食结构等基本情况相近；
2.健康志愿者需血常规、肝、肾及凝血功能等体检指标正常，既往无手术史；
3.充分了解本次研究的目的和风险并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age, sex, weight, diet structure and other basic information similar;
2. The blood routine, liver, kidney, coagulation function and other physical examination indicators of healthy volunteers were normal, and there was no previous operation history;
3. Fully understand the purpose and risks of the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

因依从性差而导致近15天饮食结构差异较大者。

Exclusion criteria：

The difference of diet structure in the last 15 days due to poor compliance was significant.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers independently designed and filled out a unified CRF form in ResMan according to the experimental requirements. The main researchers focus on controlling and analyzing the data of the diet structure of the experimental subjects, collect the experimental specimens of eligible subjects and hand them over to a third party company, which is mainly responsible for sequencing and analyzing the data of the experimental specimens.
