研究目的：

探究视网膜静脉阻塞（RVO）与血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、维生素B12、叶酸以及IL-17A的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between retinal vein occlusion (RVO) and serum homocysteine (Hcy), vitamin B12, folic acid and IL-17A.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 签署知情同意书；
2. 签署知情同意书时年龄≥18岁；
3. 能够遵守研究方案。

Inclusion criteria

1. Sign informed consent;
2. Be at least 18 years of age when signing informed consent;
3. Able to adhere to research protocols.

排除标准：

对照组排除标准：
1. 合并眼部其他疾病的患者，如：糖尿病视网膜病变、青光眼、葡萄膜炎等；
2. 伴有严重的全身性疾病、血管炎、肾、肝、甲状腺和心血管疾病患者；
3. 半年内口服维生素B6、维生素B12或叶酸等影响血浆同型半胱氨酸水平药物的患者；
4. 伴有血液病，如慢性白血病、真性红细胞增多症、Waldenstrom's巨球蛋白血症、多发性骨髓瘤，和其他恶性肿瘤的患者；
5. CRVO患者排除分支视网膜静脉阻塞(BRVO)和半侧视网膜静脉阻塞(HCRVO)患者，以及排除合并视网膜中央动脉阻塞或分支动脉阻塞的CRVO患者；
6. BRVO患者排除视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)和半侧视网膜静脉阻塞(HCRVO)患者，以及排除合并视网膜分支动脉阻塞的BRVO患者。

对照组排除标准：
1. 除老年性白内障外的，合并眼部其他所有疾病的患者，如:视网膜血管疾病、年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变、青光眼，葡萄膜炎等；
2. 伴有严重的全身性疾病、血管炎、肾、肝、甲状腺和心血管疾病患者；
3. 半年内口服维生素B6、维生素B12或叶酸等影响血浆同型半胱氨酸水平药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for experimental group:
1. Exclude patients with other eye diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, uveitis, etc.;
2. Patients with severe systemic diseases, vasculitis, kidney, liver, thyroid and cardiovascular diseases were excluded;
3. Patients who took vitamin B6, vitamin B12 or folic acid orally within six months and affected plasma homocysteine levels were excluded;
4. Exclude patients with hematologic diseases such as chronic leukemia, polycythemia vera, Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia, multiple myeloma, and other malignancies;
5. CRVO patients were excluded from patients with branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) and hemilateral retinal vein occlusion (HCRVO), as well as CRVO patients with central retinal artery occlusion or branch artery occlusion;
6. PATIENTS with BRVO were excluded from the study. Patients with central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) and hemilateral retinal vein occlusion (HCRVO), and patients with BRVO complicated with branch retinal artery occlusion were excluded.

Exclusion criteria for control group:
1. Excluding senile cataract, patients with all other eye diseases, such as retinal vascular disease, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, uveitis, etc.;
2. Patients with severe systemic diseases, vasculitis, kidney, liver, thyroid and cardiovascular diseases were excluded;
3. Patients who took vitamin B6, vitamin B12 or folic acid orally within six months to influence plasma homocysteine levels were excluded.
