研究目的：

疾病复发恐惧（Fear of Cancer Recurrence，FCR）是肿瘤患者的普遍心理问题，严重FCR患者预后差。辅助治疗距确诊时间短，患者对疾病认知不足，加之辅助治疗是一个持续过程，FCR也呈持续性，因此术后辅助治疗FCR尤为值得关注。本研究拟针对正念减压疗法开发一种App，提供一种觉察训练，以帮助具有焦虑、忧郁和疼痛者，改善FCR并提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Fear of disease recurrence (FCR) is a common psychological problem for cancer patients, and patients with severe FCR have a poor prognosis. Adjuvant therapy takes a short time from diagnosis, patients have insufficient knowledge of the disease, and adjuvant therapy is a continuous process. FCR is continuous. Therefore, adjuvant therapy FCR is of particular concern. This research intends to develop an app for mindfulness decompression therapy to provide awareness training to help people with anxiety, depression and pain, improve FCR and improve the quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄在20至70岁之间；
2）对自己病情了解；
3）没有其他严重精神类疾病；
4）签署同意书的协议，以及填写问卷的能力。我们排除了发生癌症复发的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Between 20 and 70 years old;
2) Know your own condition;
3) No other serious mental illness;
4) The ability to sign the agreement of the consent form and fill out the questionnaire. We excluded patients who had cancer recurrence.

排除标准：

1)伴有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液或影响其生存的严重疾病者；
2)伴有认知功能障碍及语言功能障碍者；
3）发生癌症复发的严重患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Accompanied by severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases that affect their survival;
2) Those with cognitive dysfunction and language dysfunction;
3) Severe patients with cancer recurrence.
