研究目的：

1.通过监测患者的FABP-4可间接评估全麻苏醒期间肌力恢复程度。 2.揭示脂肪组织FABP-4表达对神经肌肉接头AChE活性的调控机制。 3.将FABP-4作为术中减轻麻醉深度尤其减少肌松药用量的可靠指标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The degree of muscle strength recovery during recovery from general anesthesia can be indirectly assessed by monitoring the patient's FABP-4. 2. To reveal the regulatory mechanism of FABP-4 expression in adipose tissue on neuromuscular junction AChE activity. 3. Use FABP-4 as a reliable indicator to reduce the depth of anesthesia, especially the dosage of muscle relaxants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行髋部手术的全麻患者400例，美国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiologist，ASA)分级I-III级，男200例，女200例，心脏功能正常；
2.同意本研究知情告知内容。

Inclusion criteria

1. 400 cases of general anesthesia patients undergoing elective hip surgery, American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) grade I-III, 200 males and 200 females, with normal cardiac function;
2. Agree to the content of the informed notice of this study.

排除标准：

1.术前使用葡萄糖调节药物、肝功能异常、心功能不全、心率心律失常及冠心病；
2.术中使用血管活性药物；
3.存在认知功能障碍及精神病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative use of glucose-regulating drugs, abnormal liver function, cardiac insufficiency, arrhythmia and coronary heart disease;
2. Intraoperative use of vasoactive drugs;
3. Patients with cognitive impairment and history of mental illness.
