研究目的：

本研究拟采用前瞻性队列研究的方法，采用Corvis ST收集8-14岁近视患者角膜生物力学相关参数（AL1, AL2, AV1, AV2, PD, HCR, DA, SPA1, bIOP），分析患者的睡眠及活动时间、年龄、性别、体型、非调节性屈光度、眼压、眼轴、低浓度阿托品对角膜生物力学的影响。探寻角膜生物力学特性的差异变化，为后期制定诊疗计划或预判疗效提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a prospective cohort study will be conducted to collect corneal biomechanical parameters (AL1, AL2, AV1, AV2, PD, HCR, DA, SPA1, bIOP) in myopic patients aged 8-14 years with Corvis ST. The effects of sleep and activity time, age, gender, body type, non-regulatory diopter, intraocular pressure, axial length, and low concentration atropine on corneal biomechanics will be analyzed. To explore the difference of corneal biomechanical properties before and after treatment, and provide a theoretical basis for making diagnosis and treatment plan or predicting curative effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.8-14岁青少年近视患者；
2.无眼部其他疾病；
3.既往并未使用过阿托品滴眼液治疗近视。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adolescent myopia patients aged 8-14;
2. No other eye diseases;
3. Have not used atropine eye drops to treat myopia before.

排除标准：

1.依从性差，无法按时点药的患者；
2.无法耐受低浓度阿托品治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with poor compliance and unable to order medicines on time;
2. Patients who cannot tolerate low-concentration atropine therapy.
