研究目的：

舌侧矫治器因位于舌侧，会使舌体发生占位性位移，若舌体向后向下位移，则可能使气道横截面积减小，进而增大呼吸阻力，升高OASHS风险。然而现对舌侧矫治患者的选择上，尚无气道因素的相关研究指导适应症和禁忌症。本研究通过观察舌侧矫治对气道的影响，为临床诊疗的制定和矫治器的选择上提供一定理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The lingual appliance will cause space occupying displacement of the tongue body because it is located on the tongue side. If the tongue moves backward and downward, it may reduce the airway cross-sectional area, thus increasing respiratory resistance and increasing the risk of OASHS. However, there are no indications and contraindications of airway factors in the selection of patients with lingual correction. In this study, the effects of lingual orthodontics on airway were observed to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and the selection of orthodontics.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2019年6月-2022年7月在空军军医大学口腔医院正畸科正畸治疗的患者； 2.年龄18-40岁，恒牙列；3.舌侧固定矫治；4.采用拔牙矫治；5.身体健康，生长发育正常；6.患者及家属知情同意并且依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients receiving orthodontic treatment in The Department of Orthodontics, Stomatological Hospital, Air Force Medical University from June 2019 to July 2022; 2. Aged 18-40 with permanent dentition; 3. Lingual fixation and correction; 4. Tooth extraction and correction; 5. Healthy and normal growth; 6. Informed consent of patients and their families and good compliance.

排除标准：

1.不接受舌侧固定矫治；2.有影响气道容积的其他先天性疾病；3.辅助上颌扩弓、上颌前牵和下颌前导等治疗；4.严重骨性错合；5.研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lingual fixation was not accepted; 2. Other congenital diseases that affect airway volume; 3. Assisted maxillary arch expansion, maxillary anterior distraction and mandibular leading; 4. Severe bone malocclusion; 5. Other conditions considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
