对比分析焦深延长型和单焦点人工晶状体在外伤性白内障中的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison the efficacy of extended depth of focus and single-focal intraocular lens in traumatic cataract

纳入标准：

外伤性白内障患者

Inclusion criteria

Traumatic cataract patients

排除标准：

1)角膜中央4mm瞳孔区累及外伤、大角膜散光；2)眼底后极部累及外伤；3)外伤性视神经病变；4)眼内炎、IOL悬吊、瞳孔大于6mm以上、或虹膜缺损大于1个象限以上；5)既往眼部疾病史，如圆锥角膜、青光眼、眼底病变史，斜视和弱视；6)全身情况差，高血压、糖尿病病史；7)性格抑郁偏执、对对比敏感度要求高的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Trauma and astigmatism in the 4mm pupil area of the central cornea;2) Trauma involving the posterior pole of fundus;3) Traumatic optic neuropathy;4) endophthalmitis, IOL suspension, pupil greater than 6mm, or iris defect greater than 1 quadrant;5) Previous history of ocular diseases, such as keratoconus, glaucoma, history of fundus diseases, strabismus and amblyopia;6) Poor general condition, history of hypertension and diabetes;7) Patients with depression, paranoia and high requirements for contrast sensitivity.
