研究目的：

通过对大样本的治疗群体的研究，明确：1）对不同程度的近视（包括高度近视）的治疗效果及临床数据的对比变化；2）对青少年近视发展的整个年龄段范围内的治疗效果和相关因素；3）停用低强度红光治疗后黄斑区微循环、近视及眼轴的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the study of a large sample of the treatment population, it is clear that:1) Comparative changes in the therapeutic effects and clinical data of different degrees of myopia (including high myopia);2) Treatment effects and related factors across the age range for the development of myopia in adolescents3) Changes in macular microcirculation, myopia and eye axis after discontinuation of low-intensity red light therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）6-12岁青少年，心智发育正常；
2）确诊近视：睫状肌麻痹后等效球镜-0.25D及以上；
3）眼部检查正常，眼压正常；
4）受试者及家长有参与红光治疗的意愿。

Inclusion criteria

1) Adolescents aged 6-12 with normal mental development;
2) Diagnosed myopia: Equivalent spherical lens -0.25D and above after cycloplegia;
3) The eye examination is normal and the intraocular pressure is normal;
4) The subjects and their parents are willing to participate in red light therapy.

排除标准：

1）存在斜视或其它双眼视觉异常；
2）存在其它重大眼部如玻璃体及视网膜病变和全身病异常；
3）研究医生认为不适合纳入项目的其他原因；

Exclusion criteria：

1) There is strabismus or other binocular vision abnormalities;
2) There are other major ocular abnormalities such as vitreous and retinopathy and systemic diseases;
3) Other reasons that the research doctor considers unsuitable for inclusion in the project;
