研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过胃窦超声测定口鼻咽吸引前后胃窦窦横面积及吸引量，以检验体积模型在新生儿是否有效。同时通过测量胃窦横截面积评估胃内容体积，减少不必要的口鼻咽吸引  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the volumetric model in neonates by measuring the transverse area and suction volume of the antrum before and after oropharyngeal aspiration by antral ultrasonography. At the same time, gastric content volume was assessed by measuring the gastric antrum cross-sectional area to reduce unnecessary oropharyngeal attraction

纳入标准：

所有母亲均接受筛查，以确定为健康的足月儿（经后年龄大于或等于35周）

Inclusion criteria

All mothers were screened to identify healthy full-term (postmenstrual age greater than or equal to 36 weeks) neonates.

排除标准：

1.已知主要的先天性异常
2.分娩时需要复苏
3.以前参加过其他产房干预研究

Exclusion criteria：

1.known major congenital anomalies,
2.required resuscitation at delivery,
3.previous enrolment in other delivery-room intervention studies,
