本研究旨在检测正常人、2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病患者转氨酶水平与尿蛋白水平之间的关系，分析其与糖尿病肾病之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to detect the relationship between aminotransferase levels and urine protein levels in normal people, type 2 diabetes, and diabetic nephropathy, and analyze the relationship between it and diabetic nephropathy.

纳入标准：

符合2020年中华医学会糖尿病及糖尿病并发症诊断标准

Inclusion criteria

Meet the 2020 Chinese Medical Association Diabetes and Diabetes Complications Diagnostic Standards

排除标准：

严重感染、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病导致的继发性肾疾病；脂肪肝、肝炎、胆管疾病、心肌炎、心肌梗死等导致肝酶增高的疾病；近期服用肝毒性、肾毒性药物；合并精神系统疾病、血液系统疾病；1型糖尿病

Exclusion criteria：

Secondary kidney disease caused by severe infections, tumors, autoimmune diseases; fatty liver, hepatitis, bile duct disease, myocarditis, myocardial infarction and other diseases that lead to increased liver enzymes; recent hepatotoxic and nephrotoxic drugs; combined mental illness , Blood system diseases; type 1 diabetes
