研究目的：

明确肠道菌群及代谢物SCFA在老年骨科患者POCD发病中的作用；筛查老年POCD患者的肠道菌群诊断指标；观察老年患者S100-β蛋白、NSE、Aβ蛋白、sAβPPα水平与POCD的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the role of intestinal flora and its metabolite SCFA in the pathogenesis of POCD in elderly orthopedic patients; to screen the diagnostic indicators of intestinal flora in elderly patients with POCD; to observe the correlation between the levels of S100-β protein, NSE, Aβ, sAβPPα and POCD in elderly patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行下肢骨折内固定术、膝关节置换术、髋关节置换术的患者，美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，年龄65岁及以上，围术期神志清醒。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing selective internal fixation of lower limb fractures, knee joint replacements, and hip replacements, classified as ASA I to II, aged 65 years and above, and conscious during the perioperative period.

排除标准：

患有中枢神经系统和心理疾病、近一年内长期服用镇静剂、抗抑郁药；帕金森病；有严重的听力或视力障碍；药物依赖；酗酒；无法与医师交流者。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffer from central nervous system and mental illness, long-term use of sedatives and antidepressants within the past year; Parkinson's disease; severe hearing or vision impairment; drug dependence; alcoholism; unable to communicate with doctors.
