研究目的：

1.本研究检测急性脑血管意外患者血清标志物 IL-1、IL-6、HMGB1、NSE、S100β 的变化； 2.本研究比较 IL-1、IL-6、HMGB1、NSE、S100β 等标志物与传统血清标志物对急性脑血管意外患者不良预后的预测价值； 3.本研究比较分析 MEWS 评分联合多种血清标志物、NIHSS 评分及 GCS评分预测急性脑血管意外患者不良预后的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1.This study detects the changes of serum markers IL-1, IL-6, HMGB1, NSE, and S100β in patients with acute cerebrovascular accidents; 2.This study compares the predictive value of IL-1, IL-6, HMGB1, NSE, S100β and other markers with traditional serum markers for the poor prognosis of patients with acute cerebrovascular accidents; 3.This study compares and analyzes the value of MEWS score combined with multiple serum markers, NIHSS score and GCS score in predicting the poor prognosis of patients with acute cerebrovascular accident.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18 岁；
2.有急性脑血管意外导致的神经功能缺损症状，症状发生<=6 小时；
3.头颅 CT 或 MRI 检查排除脑出血；
4.通过急诊绿色通道且记录详细时间节点。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old;
2.Symptoms of neurological deficits caused by acute cerebrovascular accidents, symptoms occurring within 6 hours;
3.Head CT or MRI examination to rule out cerebral hemorrhage;
4.Pass the emergency green channel and record the detailed time node.

排除标准：

1.院内发生急性脑血管意外及院外转诊；
2.静脉溶栓后桥接手术；
3.住院时间<3 天；
4.并发严重感染、免疫抑制剂治疗、多器官功能衰竭、血液系统疾病、近 3 月有重大手术、外伤、自身免疫疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute cerebrovascular accident in the hospital and out-of-hospital referral;
2.Bridging surgery after intravenous thrombolysis;
3.Hospitalization time <3 days;
4.Complicated with severe infection, immunosuppressive therapy, multiple organ failure, blood system disease,
major surgery, trauma, autoimmune disease.
