研究目的：

比较不同强度中频治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果，为探讨最佳治疗强度提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical effect of different intensity intermediate frequency in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and to provide the basis for exploring the best treatment intensity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合诊断标准，为神经根型颈椎病；
2.发病时间1周～6个月；
3.NRS（疼痛数字评分）>3分；
4.年龄：18～60岁；
5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria, it is cervical spondylosis of nerve root type;
2. The onset time is 1 week to 6 months;
3. NRS (Numerical Pain Scale) > 3 points;
4. Age: 18 to 60 years old;
5. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有颈部受伤史、手术史、皮肤破损、感染、凝血功能障碍者；
2.有严重心、肺等重要脏器功能障碍；
3.颈部有肿瘤、结核、颈椎不稳、脊髓型颈椎病者；
4.处于哺乳或妊娠期；
5.局部有金属无法电疗者；
6.无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of neck injury, surgery, skin damage, infection, and coagulation dysfunction;
2. Severe heart, lung and other important organ dysfunction;
3. Patients with neck tumor, tuberculosis, cervical instability, cervical spondylosis;
4. Are breastfeeding or pregnant;
5. Those with local metal that cannot be electrotherapy;
6. Those who cannot cooperate.
