研究目的：

系统比较4位不同名老中医治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染疾病队列，获得不同名老中医治疗该病的辨治方法、诊疗技术、用药特点、核心方药等异同，形成名老中医治疗重大、难治疾病的比较分析报告。  

Objectives of Study：

Systematic comparison of four different old Chinese medicine treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection disease cohort, get different old Chinese medicine treatment of the disease differentiation and treatment methods, diagnosis and treatment technology, medication characteristics, core prescription and other similarities and differences, form the old Chinese medicine treatment of major, refractory diseases comparative analysis report.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合小儿反复呼吸道感染西医诊断标准；
（2）年龄1～14岁；
（3）病程至少1年，处于非急性感染期，且急性感染期恢复后至少1周；
（4）知情同意过程符合规定，法定代理人或与受试儿童共同签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) According to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for children with recurrent respiratory tract infection;
(2) the age was 1-14 years old;
(3) the course of disease was at least 1 year, and the patient was in the non acute infection stage, and at least 1 week after the recovery of the acute infection stage;
(4) the informed consent process met the requirements, and the legal representative or the children signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有原发性免疫缺陷病、获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）、先天性呼吸道畸形、先天性心脏病、先天纤毛不动综合征、胃食管返流症（GERD）等严重的原发病的呼吸道感染儿童应予以排除。
（2）近1年内用过免疫抑制剂者或免疫增强剂患儿，以及服用其他治疗反复呼吸道感染药物者，应评估这些药物对呼吸道感染发病和病情的影响，一般也应排除。
（3）伴有严重心、肝、肾、消化及造血系统等严重原发病。
（4）根据研究者的判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变或情况，如生活环境不稳定，交通不便等易造成失访的情况。
（5）正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Children with severe primary respiratory tract infections such as primary immunodeficiency, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), congenital respiratory tract malformation, congenital heart disease, congenital ciliated immobility syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) should be excluded;
(2) Those who have used immunosuppressants or immunopotentiators in the past year, as well as those who have taken other drugs for the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection, should evaluate the impact of these drugs on the incidence and condition of respiratory tract infection, and generally should be excluded;
(3) It is accompanied by serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, digestive and hematopoietic system;
(4) According to the judgment of the researchers, other diseases or conditions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate the enrollment, such as unstable living environment and inconvenient transportation, are likely to cause loss of follow-up;
(5) Participants in other clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

项目（课题）组指定档案管理专员，负责队列原始数据和文档的分类管理、妥善保存、按时上传、整理数据。所有参加队列研究的课题和室站需确认病历资料作为原始资料由课题室站保存，CRF不能代替原始病历，须拍照或扫描，客观真实，数据完整。以上所有档案须安排固定地点、固定文件盒、文件柜等存放。CRF内容需及时上传一体化平台(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，形成电子版，须纸质与电子版本双备份。保证真实、全面，随时备查。应保存临床研究资料至临床研究工作终止后最少5年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The project (Research) Group designates the file management specialist, who is responsible for the classification management, proper preservation, timely upload and sorting of the original data and documents of the queue. All subjects and stations participating in the cohort study need to confirm that the medical records are kept by the subject room station as the original data. CRF can not replace the original medical records, but must be photographed or scanned, objective and true, and the data is complete. All the above files must be stored in fixed places, fixed file boxes, file cabinets, etc. CRF content should be uploaded to EDC (electronic data capture) in time to form an electronic version, which should be backed up in both paper and electronic versions. Ensure that it is true, comprehensive and ready for reference at any time. Clinical research data should be kept for at least 5 years after the termination of clinical research.
