研究目的：

探讨认知联合肌肉放松干预对二胎疤痕子宫女性焦虑、抑郁情绪及睡眠质量、母乳喂养知识掌握程度的影响，为今后改善二胎疤痕子宫女性心理状况提供借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of cognition combined with muscle relaxation intervention on anxiety, depression, sleep quality and breast-feeding knowledge of women with second-born scar uterus, and to provide reference for improving the psychological status of women with second-born scar uterus in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为疤痕子宫，自然受孕，妊娠≥35周且又有剖宫产指征，准备住院的二胎女性；
（2）年龄20-45岁；
（3）有小学以上文化程度者；
（4）病情许可，知情同意并能够配合。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Second-born women who are diagnosed with scar uterus, naturally conceive, have a pregnancy of ≥35 weeks and have indications of cesarean section, and are ready to be hospitalized;
(2) Age 20-45 years old;
(3) Those with primary school education or above;
(4) With permission of illness, informed consent and cooperation.

排除标准：

（1）理解沟通障碍、意识不清者；
（2）有其他严重妊娠并发症或合并症者；
（3）近1年经历了重大生活应激事件者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those who understand communication barriers and are unconscious;
(2) Other serious pregnancy complications or complications;
(3) Those who have experienced major life stress events in the past year.

范瑛瑛、成华艳、陈丹在长沙的三甲医院中随机选取长沙医学院附属第一医院，在该院产科二胎疤痕子宫女性102例作为研究对象，严格按照纳入、排除标准应用随机数字表法将她们分为对照组（51例）和干预组（51例）
