研究目的：

探讨增强型体外反搏不同干预时间对冠心病的治疗效果，为优化冠心病病患者EECP康复治疗方案提供更科学的理论依据，更好地指导其在临床中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of different intervention time of enhanced external counterpulsation (ECCP) on coronary heart disease (CHD), and to provide a more scientific theoretical basis for optimizing the rehabilitation treatment plan of EECP in patients with CHD, and to better guide its clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18周岁以上；
2.经冠脉造影证实的冠心病患者；
3.患者知情并同意参与本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.At least 18 years of age;
2.patients with coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary angiography;
3.Patients informed and agreed to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.具有各种出血性疾病或出血倾向的患者；
2.患有活动性血栓性静脉炎的患者；
3.有失代偿性心力衰竭的患者；
4.患有中至重度的主动脉瓣关闭不全的者；
5.患有夹层动脉瘤的患者；
6.患有显著的肺动脉高压的患者；
7.无法控制的高血压（血压＞180/100mmHg）；
8.影响反搏治疗的严重心律失常, 严重心力衰竭 (心功能分级Ⅲ～Ⅳ级) 的患者；
9.严重的肝、肾功能衰竭患者；
10.妊娠患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with various bleeding disorders or bleeding tendency;
2. Patients with active thrombophlebitis;
3. Patients with decompensated heart failure;
4. Those with moderate to severe aortic regurgitation;
5. Patients with dissecting aneurysms;
6. Patients with significant pulmonary hypertension;
7. Uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure>180/100mmHg);
8. Patients with severe arrhythmia and severe heart failure (cardiac function class III-IV) that affect counterpulsation therapy;
9. Patients with severe liver and kidney failure;
10. Pregnant patients.
